CFT becomes the Company of the Year
The official ceremony dedicated to reviewing business performance was held on October 21 in the Catherine Palace in Moscow. During the ceremony, the Company of the Year 2011 title was awarded by the Company Business Weekly published by Rodionov Publishing House. The CFT Group was nominated as the winner for Stable and Dynamic Development.
It is the thirteenth time that the Company Business Weekly has reviewed yearly business performance of major companies. The Award Expert Board, consisting of well-known journalists, representatives of authorities and business associations, as well as independent experts, annually choose the best companies which have significantly benefited the national economy. The award is given to the most outstanding and fast growing companies.
In 2011, the CFT Group and 12 other nominees received the Company of the Year title, among them was Alfa Bank, Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange, Sukhoi Company, Yandex, Kaspersky Lab, IKEA, and others.
When Svetlana Khorkina, Member of the Russian State Duma, handed him an honorary award, Alexander Pogudin, Member of the CFT Group's Board of Directors, commented: ‘Being so highly regarded by the experts will motivate us to strive to more intensive growth in the future. Independent appraisal is especially valuable as it confirms that we have chosen the right strategy. Information technologies have become inseparable from everyday life and business.
