Golden Crown – Money Transfer Service achieves 35% turnover growth in 2013
Golden Crown – Money Transfer Service reviewed results of 2013. Service turnover reached RUB 572bln, thus demonstrating a 35% growth compared with 2012. Amount of transactions exceeded 31 mln.
Results of Q4 2013 showed a stable growth dynamics of all key business trends. During 3 months of 2013 RUB 166bln were transferred via the Golden Crown – Money Transfer Service, amount of retail transactions exceeded 8 mln. 30 credit institutions from RF and CIS countries with the total amount of locations equal to 4.5 ths became Golden Crown partners.
During 12 months of 2013 Golden Crown has signed partnership agreements with more than 100 banks and trade networks in Russia and CIS countries and the total number of service participants and partners exceeded 550. Service infrastructure grew more than by 20%. Golden Crown’s new partners include such financial and credit institutions as ROSBANK, RROSGOSSTRAKH BANK, BINBANK, Sobinbank, Baltinvestbank, Center-invest, Azerpoct, VTB-Kazakhstan, National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan, TBS Bank (Georgia) etc.

The Golden Crown – Money Transfer Service is showing steady positive growth in turnover of money transfers across Russia. Domestic transfers in 2013 made the top three of directions via the Golden Crown together with Uzbekistan and Tadzhikistan. Domestic money transfers grew by 44%.
Service has also strengthened its positions in Ukraine. In 2013 its turnover of transfers sent from Ukraine grew twice along with 80% growth of transfers sent to Ukraine. The service holds leading positions among other systems of money transfers regarding such directions as Georgia, Kirgizstan and Kazakhstan.
In 2013 Golden Crown – Money Transfer Service has widened territory of its presence due to opening of new corridors to Czech Republic, Mongolia, Vietnam and Israel. Thus currently people can use the service in 15 countries already.
Besides in 2013 service partner banks have been successfully transferred to a new-generation software.
