CFT – Technology Partner of Alfa-Bank Bonus Program
Alfa-Bank has launched a new bonus program, a unique project dedicated to the FIFA World Cup 2018. The program is aimed at private as well as corporate bank customers – individual entrepreneurs and small businesses. Now customers can accumulate points for everyday banking operations and redeem them for tickets to the upcoming football world championships held in Russia for the first time. The technology partner of the project is Center of Financial Technologies.
To participate in the program, individuals need to order a bank card with the exclusive design of the FIFA World Cup trophy, at any office of the bank, on the official website or via “Alfa-Click” internet banking. A Visa payWave card is issued for five years and is available as a credit or a debit card. In order to join the program, small businesses and entrepreneurs only need to hit the respective button in “Alfa-Business Online” internet banking or “Alfa-Business Mobile” mobile app.
After joining the bonus program customers will see a special block in their remote banking systems — account of the bonus program participant, where they can view their operations history and number of points accrued, and get access to the rewards catalog with tickets, souvenirs and other exclusive program features. Besides, in their personal account, bank customers can order corporate Visa cards, which can help accumulate points even faster.
On its part, within the project framework CFT implemented the whole set of IT works, which provided the technological functioning of the loyalty program including processing of bonus points, online integration of “CFT-Loyalty” processing platform with Alfa-Bank remote banking systems (Internet banking and mobile banking), and development of the customized personal account of the loyalty program with the rewards catalog mart. A secure channel is used for data exchange with the bank.
“Our task was to implement a rather complicated integration project within a short timeframe of four months and meet all requirements of our partners regarding the program performance and functionality, online interface usability, and integration process seamlessness.
