JSC “Devon-Credit” Transfers Business Processes to CFT-Bank

JSC “Devon-Credit”, one of the major banks of the Volga Federal District, has successfully completed yet another stage of CFT-Bank implementation. All key business processes of the financial institution have been transferred to the new core banking system. Within the period set for the project implementation, the system has been configured according to the requirements of the financial institution and operational testing has been performed. 
 
Cooperation between JSC “Devon-Credit” and CFT started in 2014, when the financial institution selected CFT-Bank system for modernization of its technological infrastructure and transfer of its key businesses to the new IT platform.
 
JSC “Devon-Credit” is a universal bank established in 1992 in Almetyevsk, Republic of Tatarstan. Since 2005, it has been part of “Zenith” banking group and is one of the leaders of Tatarstan’s retail and corporate services market. At present, Devon-Credit bank renders services to over 700 thousand retail and corporate customers.
 
The current strategic task of the bank is to support the high business growth ratio, to increase its influence in Tatarstan’s financial market, to expand the product line, and to grow the customer base. All of this requires a respective IT infrastructure, which can provide new opportunities for business development.
 
At the first stage of CFT-Bank installation at JSC “Devon-Credit”, the bank’s business processes on retail customer servicing have been transferred to the new core banking system – deposit management, cash and exchange operations, and money transfers. During the second stage, all key business processes of the financial institution have been transferred to CFT-Bank.
