MDM Bank has transferred retail bank to a unified platform
MDM Bank has finished a successive stage of a large-scale project aimed at reducing the number of implemented automated banking systems (ABS). Bank’s Moscow branch has transferred its retail service transactions from UniSAB to CFT-Retail bank system and together with CFT-Bank software solution has chosen it as a core banking system.
When MDM Bank and URSA Bank have merged into a universal banking holding company, its IT department had to solve complicated integration tasks aimed at optimization of diverse IT landscape, modernization of hardware platform, reduction of number of implemented ABS and unification of remote banking systems. Now, one more important step was made – retail customer service system has been consolidated on the unified CFT-Retail bank platform.
“For our customers it means, first of all, pass-through services when they are identified as bank’s clients in any bank’s offices situated in any city, and are entitled to the same service package. Remote servicing has improved significantly: now customers can see all required information on their accounts and loans including those opened with other bank’s branches. Besides customers can use their personal area to open deposits online and thousands of customers have already taken the advantage of the opportunity during the first month following the migration, — says Elliot Goykhman, CIO at MDM Bank. — Consolidation of ABS for retail services means order and variety in all processes of providing services to individuals, from processing customer data in the system to contract execution and accounting.
