CFT’s solution optimizes servicing of retail customers
Center of Financial Technologies held a business lunch in Moscow for retail sector managers and professionals of bank customer service units.
The event focused on building an efficient client support system and enhancement of the service arrangement. CFT’s professionals presented, to the business lunch participants, Customer Express Service application suite which is aimed at optimizing the bank employees’ performance for the customer identification and completion of standard transactions with the customer’s contracts and accounts, as well as elimination of the risk of any unauthorized transactions on the customers’ accounts. The user-friendly interface of these applications facilitates the selection of a product and service set in a single window, thus contributing to customer service improvement.
The event was attended by the managers and senior professionals of Russian Standard Bank, Vozrozhdeniye Bank, SibKupBank, Alta-Bank, NS Bank, SDM-BANK, Nevsky Bank, NOMOS-BANK, Nordea Bank, BCS Bank, Volga-Credit Bank, Mezhtopenergobank, Svyaz-Bank, First Republican Bank, Slavyansky Credit, TransCapital, Moscow Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and other banks.
Elena Pavlova, Head of Banking Products Development, the CFT Group, welcomed the event participants. Some reports were dedicated to the architecture and functionalities of the suite. CFT’s professionals also demonstrated a transactions officer’s work station. At the business lunch, the attendants listened to the expert report on cash point integrated solutions that was presented by Mikhail Chernobrivtsev, Head of Software Marketing, INPAS Soft.
The event was closed by a traditional Q&A session. The participants emphasized the importance of the subject discussed at the business lunch and took active part in the final discussion.
